Fusion comes in two lineups – the LSV and the Cart. The Cart comes with a serial number, is speed limited to 19 mph and is street-legal only if the local government allows for carts on road. The LSV comes with a VIN and is speed limited to 25 mph, which along with all of the required safety features, makes it compliant with the federal LSV standards and street-legal throughout the U.S. subject to state laws. There is no price difference from the factory but registration and other processing fees from your dealer may apply.

All Fusion models are powered by the proven Marxon® 5 kWh, 51.2V, 105 AH, Lithium Ion system. This battery pack comes with a FULL 5-year battery warranty. All Fusion packs will be heated and insulated for cold weather performance as well. The system comes with a 20 amp 120 V on-board charger. It also includes Bluetooth diagnostics with the Marxon® mobile app.

Fusion frames follow an automotive-like process in which they are e-coated and powder coated. The steel frame provides a more rigid structure that resists bending and cracking as well as improves load carrying capability. The E-Coating process provides a uniform, fully encapsulated protective layer, preventing rust. And Powder Coating adds an additional shield against moisture, salt, and road chemicals and includes UV and chemical resistance. All of this results in a strong and long-lasting frame that has been proven in automotive for decades.

But Fusion is offered with options that include tool holders, enclosed cargo box on the long bed, tires, ladder racks, and beacon lights.
